In 2008, Amy Constable rescued her first printing press from a chicken shed in Moe and lovingly restored it back to working order. Ten years and six presses later, Amy is one of Australia's foremost letterpress artists.
From 2013 to 2017, Saint Gertrude ran the first Australian Letterpress School and Open Access Studio Program; a learning opportunity so rare that it attracted students from all over Australia and the world. Amy stopped teaching in 2018 to spend more time focused on her craft.
She now works with select clients on high-end event collateral, commissions and collaborations.
